Before establishing NK Management, Mano honed his craft under Hawaii's management elite at Touchstone Properties, Hawaii First, and Associa Hawai‘i. Whether overseeing a vast array of condominium associations, leading crucial capital improvement projects, or mentoring the next generation of managers, Mano's footprint on Hawaii's property management scene is indelible.

Mano unveiled NK Management in April 2015, carving a niche in offering unrivaled site management services to condominium associations and commercial buildings across Oahu. As a testament to his dedication, he has consulted for over 300 condominium associations.
In 2019, NK Management was distinguished with both the SBA 8(a) award and the Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) recognition, verified by the Veterans Administration (VA).

Managing Agent Background
Touchstone Properties. Mano received his initial training under President Jim Merrell, PCAM, MBA. Mano worked as a senior property manager overseeing a portfolio of 14 condominium associations, which included high-rise and town homes. In this role, he oversaw capital improvement projects, house rule revisions, revisions to standard operating procedures (SOP's), and marketing, website and IT support. Hawaii First. As a Senior Portfolio Manager, Mano was further mentored by former President Richard Emery. Mano led the Small Projects Division, a combination portfolio of high-rises, town homes, mixed use commercial condominiums, and co-ops. He worked closely with clients to complete annual budget and reserve studies. He also provided construction project management for all capital improvement projects for over 50 condominium association buildings. Associa Hawai‘i. As Vice President, Mano led a team of 5 portfolio managers and over 50 resident managers. Mano played a key role in implementing policies and procedures. He mentored junior managers on one-hour board meetings, C3 database, and best accounting practices for budgets and reserve studies. He worked closely with clients to responsibly spend over 100 million dollars in capital improvement and construction projects.
